Service Description
Meet with me to discuss your goals and receive expert advice before booking an appointment. I’ll also perform a strand test and porosity test to ensure we will take the right steps to achieve your desired color. Don’t forget to bring photos of your ideal look for reference!
Cancellation Policy
ARRIVAL: To ensure your full service, kindly arrive 5-10 minutes early. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be canceled. NO SHOW: A fee will be charged for appointments where there's no call and no show. CANCELLATIONS: Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. CHILDREN: Due to my use of chemicals and hot tools, I ask to reschedule if you cannot find childcare during your appointment. PAYMENT: Cash and cards are acceptable forms of payment.
